As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager/Estimator to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Project Manager/Estimator will support the project management team in planning, estimating, and executing civil/site construction projects. This individual will work closely with the field teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are estimated accurately and run efficiently from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparing project cost estimates, takeoffs, and proposals
• Review plans, specifications, and contract documents
• Solicit subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Support the project manager in tracking job costs, schedules, and documentation
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and field personnel
• Help manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Attend site visits, pre-bid meetings, and progress meetings as needed
• Maintain project files and documentation

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in construction estimating or project management (civil/site work preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
• Proficient with estimating and project management software (e.g., HCSS, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license
