You will be part of an integrated team, collaborating with ISG employee owners to deliver creative, reliable project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in architecture, engineering, or construction fields.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ownership mindset with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% to ISG offices or client sites.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers to support project execution, maintain clear communication with clients, resolve issues, assess risks, and navigate challenges.
• Coordinate project kickoff meetings and track progress throughout the lifecycle.
• Take ownership of meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
• Serve as a point of contact for project inquiries, coordinating discussions with the project lead.
• Manage progress documentation and align with timelines; assist in planning with the project lead.
• Support construction administration with submittals, RFIs, and related docs.
