The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in construction-related field, 3+ years in construction, and a solid understanding of methods and materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in the Construction Industry.
• Understanding of basic construction methods and materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project scheduling and cost control activities.
• Coordinate with Project Superintendents and subcontractors; manage RFIs and submittals.
• Support project meetings, prepare agendas, and publish minutes; help ensure client satisfaction.
