• Plan and organize project under supervision of a Project Manager.
• Monitor project activities to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Prepare monthly costing reports.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts.
• Maintain good relationships with clients.
• Prepare project submittals and change orders.
