Job summary

DFM Development Services LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support dry utility coordination for real estate development projects in the Metro DC region, located in Reston, Virginia with remote flexibility.

You will execute tasks assigned by the supervisor, manage utility record requests, site visits, and service packages, and foster strong relationships with utility providers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing or customer service role.
• Strong verbal, reading, and writing communication skills.
• Excellent business writing and administrative abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Execute upon tasks set by Supervisor with respect to both currently and potentially awarded projects.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with the utility providers and their various contractors.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with other DFM/Muller team members.
