Job summary

Ventana, a leader in curtain wall façade systems, seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support design-build projects from design through completion, covering scheduling, subcontractor buyout, cost reporting, subcontracts, owner coordination, and quality oversight.

You will coordinate with the project team and site superintendent, manage subcontracts and pay requests, monitor labor and equipment, assist in bidding and preconstruction, and help implement safety and quality programs on nationwide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
• 0–5 years of experience in construction or related field.
• General knowledge of construction principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and flexible collaboration with diverse teams.
• Experience with subcontracts, subcontractors or self-perform work is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support project staff to ensure quality and timely execution of design-build projects from design to completion.
• Assist in scheduling, subcontractor buyout, cost reporting, subcontracts, owner coordination, and quality oversight.
• Coordinate with project superintendent and team on site logistics and labor management.
• Monitor submittals, change orders, and pay applications; assist in cost reporting.
