Job summary

Ventana, part of the Clayco family, designs, supplies, and installs high-performing curtain wall façade systems. The Project Manager will lead design-build projects from design to completion, coordinating with designers, engineers, and site crews, while ensuring time, cost, and quality objectives are met for nationwide projects.

The role requires 7–10 years of PM experience in large subcontracting projects, with 2 years in Glass and Glazing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of project management experience on large scale subcontracting projects.
• 2 years of Glass and Glazing project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design-build projects from design through completion.
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, production, and site crews.
• Communicate with customers and project teams to define time, cost, and quality objectives.
• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules and budgets.
