The ideal candidate has prior commercial construction experience and a proven ability to manage complex facilities from start to finish. You will oversee project phases, bid subcontractors and contract negotiations, and lead the project team while ensuring safety, scheduling, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Requires prior commercial construction experience.
• Experience managing data center or mission-critical projects is a plus.
• Strong ability to bid, negotiate contracts, and manage subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sequential phases of projects.
• Bid subcontractors and negotiate contracts.
• Select, manage and develop project teams.
• Ensure safety and scheduling compliance; adhere to schedule.
• Communicate with architects, engineers, general contractors and subcontractors; maintain documentation and progress tracking.
