Job summary

HDR is seeking a Project Manager Assistant to coordinate cross-functional teams across the project lifecycle under the supervision of a Project Manager. You will manage parts of small projects or elements of larger initiatives, ensuring work aligns with budget and schedule.

Collaboration with accounting, operations, and leadership is essential. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience, with strong organizational, communication, and design-team

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field.
5 years related experience.
Strong ability to interact with design teams; excellent organizational, project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate work of single or multi-discipline teams through the project life cycle under supervision of a Project Manager.
Manage aspects of small projects or parts of larger projects.
Coordinate workload to meet budget and schedule and deliverables.
Collaborate with Project Manager, Accounting, Operations and Business leaders for periodic reviews.
Perform other duties as needed.
