Qualifications

• Expediting and coordination to ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Familiarity with CM software like Procore or MS Project is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.

Role Description

The Assistant Project Manager – Construction is a full-time, on-site role based in Lombard, IL. This position supports project managers in coordinating construction activities, tracking schedules, and assisting with budget and cost documentation. Daily responsibilities include managing submittals and RFIs, supporting procurement and expediting of materials, and coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors to keep projects on track. The role also involves maintaining project documentation, assisting with quality and safety compliance, and communicating project updates to internal teams and clients. The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with field and office staff to help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.
