S.C. Swiderski, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support construction projects from concept to completion at our Mosinee, WI offices.

You will collaborate with acquisitions, engineers, and architects, manage bids, budgets, and schedules, and coordinate contractors and permits to keep projects on track. The ideal candidate has a degree in construction management, building science, or engineering or equivalent experience, with strong communication and negotiation skills and a valid

Qualifications

• Construction/engineering degree or equivalent experience required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to the job site.
• OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Work with acquisitions, engineers, and architect on project plans.
• Send project to bid, select contractors, negotiate bid price if required, send out contracts and generate final budget.
• Explain contract, specification, and technical information in a clear concise manner.
• Develop a construction schedule, with project deliverables, and milestones.
• Keep within budget constraints using professional negotiation techniques to ensure budget adherence.
• Obtain building permits, licenses, and meet code regulations.
• Manage material inventory and equipment.
• Support Project Managers with construction project progress and provide reports on timeline, progress, and adjustments.
• Able to build solid relationships with team members, vendors, and customers.
