Himmel's Architectural Door & Hardware, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Project Management Team. This role supports the project manager across phases and ensures we provide the best solutions to meet project needs.

Responsibilities include coordinating with customers, vendors and architects and learning to manage projects from estimate through closeout. Strong organizational and communication skills plus proficiency in MS Office and Bluebeam are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Bluebeam.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and customer service mindset.
• Must pass background check and drug/alcohol screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in all phases and aspects of the project.
• Efficiently communicate and work with customers, vendors, and architects to meet project needs.
• Learn to manage projects from estimate, contract negotiation, submittals, procurement, change orders, delivery, billing, and closeout.
