Job summary

Reeves Young is seeking a full-time Project Management Assistant in Rock Hill, SC. The role provides administrative and technical support to the Project Management Team and will manage projects from start to finish, anticipating challenges and resolving obstacles.

You will develop and maintain logs for submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs, review drawings for contract compliance, and help coordinate work between involved parties while managing time, cost, and quality of construction.

Qualifications

• Experience within the Construction Industry.
• Must read and understand project documents (drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, subcontracts, owner agreement terms).
• Willingness to learn software: Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore/Project Sight, P6 Primavera, MS Project, Viewpoint, Viewpoint Field Work Center, HCSS.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative/technical support to the Project Management Team.
• Manage projects from start to finish, anticipating challenges and overcoming obstacles.
• Develop and maintain logs for submittals, shop drawings, RFI logs, and other project docs.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for contract compliance and coordination.
• Control time, cost, and quality of construction projects.
• Build strong relationships with staff, clients, subcontractors, and partners.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, workflows, and productivity.
