Job summary

Spottswood Companies is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Key West, FL to support the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and oversight of housing construction, development, and renovations. This in-person role involves scheduling, budgeting, procurement, documentation, contractor coordination, inspections, and close-out to ensure timely, compliant project delivery.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of related experience; HUD/Florida housing project exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of project coordination, construction, maintenance, facilities management, or related experience.
• Experience with HUD projects and/or Florida Housing Finance Corporation projects is beneficial.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, documentation, and contractor coordination.
• Oversee inspections and project close-out to ensure timely, cost-effective, compliant completions.
