Job summary

Rectenwald Brothers Construction is seeking a project support role to assist the Project Manager and team across all construction phases. You will help with estimating, scheduling, subcontractor and vendor coordination, and clear communication among the project team.

The successful candidate will respond quickly to issues, ensure timely turnover and closeout, and support customer satisfaction and project profitability. A relevant degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management or relevant experience in lieu of education.
• Minimum of (2) years’ experience in a construction related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager and project management team in the execution of projects through all phases of construction.
• Assist in estimating and planning.
• Coordinate management of subcontractors and vendors.
• Communicate with all project team members.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to issues that may arise.
• Facilitate timely turnover of completed projects and smooth closeout.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction and follow-up.
• Support project profitability tracking and reporting.
