Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of project coordination, construction, or field experience.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with project scheduling software.
• Working knowledge of construction documents and processes.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Desire to grow into a leadership role within project management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and procurement.
• Support jobsite operations and subcontractor performance and compliance.
• Attend project meetings and document action items and decisions.
• Prepare and review project reports, forecasts, and billing docs.
• Communicate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and partners for alignment.
• Conduct site visits to verify progress and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain organized project records and assist with contract compliance.
• Monitor project risks and support safety and environmental compliance.
