Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of project coordination, construction, or field experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with project scheduling software.
• Working knowledge of construction documents and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and procurement activities.
• Support jobsite operations and subcontractor management and compliance.
• Attend project meetings and document actions, decisions, and next steps.
• Prepare and review project reports, forecasts, and billing documentation.
• Communicate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and partners to ensure alignment.
• Conduct site visits to verify progress and quality standards.
• Maintain organized project records and assist with contract compliance.
• Monitor project risks and support safety and environmental initiatives.
