Job summary

The Pacific Companies in Eagle, ID is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects, manage costs, schedules, and quality, and coordinate with owners, engineers, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include subcontractor solicitation, site plan development, progress reporting, change order management, RFI handling, and ensuring compliance with contract documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with RFI's, Submittals and Contract Administration.
• Experience with Project Scheduling and Budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall administrative direction for several projects and oversee costs, schedule, quality, and status.
• Solicit subcontractor proposals and negotiate subcontracts.
• Develop site plans and manage project reporting procedures.
• Maintain relationships with owners, partners, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Assist with change orders, cost estimates, and budget reviews.
• Prepare and track RFIs and submittals to ensure contract conformance.
