Job summary

DynaTen Corporation is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Construction team. This role focuses on planning, executing and overseeing projects to ensure high-quality delivery that meets our customers’ standards.

You will coordinate with general contractors, owners, vendors and subcontractors while managing RFIs and change orders. The position requires 2+ years on commercial mechanical (HVAC) or plumbing projects, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed for

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience working on commercial mechanical (HVAC) and/or plumbing projects in education, healthcare, industrial, data center, government and/or office markets.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including CRM) required.
• Experience with BIM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and oversee projects to ensure high quality delivery.
• Coordinate project schedules with general contractors, owners, vendors and subcontractors; manage RFIs and change orders.
• Contribute to project reviews, cost-to-complete meetings, and project closeouts.
• Communicate effectively both as an individual contributor and a team player.
