NOVO Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for commercial construction projects. The candidate should have 4+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• Minimum 4 years of commercial construction experience.
• LEED AP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend and conduct project job walks.
• Prepare Request for Proposals and analyze subcontractor proposals.
• Produce quantity take-offs for multiple disciplines.
• Develop and manage RFI, Submittal and Change Order Logs.
• Prepare Owner/Client change orders and manage invoices.
• Coordinate and update Master Schedule and project documents.
