Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with a General Contractor.
• Experience supporting commercial construction projects.
• Knowledge of project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project execution.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, architects, and field teams.
• Track project budgets, schedules, and procurement activities.
• Attend project meetings and help drive projects to successful completion.
• Support multiple projects ranging from tenant improvements to larger commercial builds.
