Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent education from an accredited college or university.
• PMP or AECPM certification and/or Licensed Architect/PE is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in design, project management, engineering, or architecture.
• Experience managing multi-discipline commercial, government, or retail projects is desired.
• Strong communication in verbal, graphical, and written form.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing and managing client relationships with local, state, and federal government agencies, private customers, contractor partnerships, architects, and engineers.
• Assist in managing project finances through budgeting, invoicing, and collection.
• Assist in planning and managing scope, schedule, and budget with project leadership to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Prepare project meeting agendas and minutes, facilitate meetings, and track actions.
• Organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
