Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in design, project management, engineering, or architecture.
• Licensed Architect or PE designation is desired.
• Experience in managing multi-discipline projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and manage project teams from inception through completion.
• Manage client relationships with various market sectors.
• Plan and manage project scope, objectives, schedule, and budget.

Skills

Excellent communication skills

Project Management Institute’s PMP

Experience with AutoCAD

Experience with Revit

Experience with MS Office

Ability to manage multiple projects

Ability to coordinate many moving parts

Education

BS in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Business

PMP or PSMJ’s AECPM Certification
