Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required.
• Minimum of two years of experience performing primary responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with staff, vendors, and clients.
• Understanding of permits, submittals, insurance/bonds, billing documents, close out docs, timekeeping, progress reports, change orders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in total project management related to estimating, scheduling, safety, operations & quality.
• Manage a small project with weekly guidance from upper management.
• Assist in managing risk related to safety, contractual terms, and specifications.
• Coordinate project schedule, milestones, subcontractors, crews, and equipment.
• Work with suppliers and field supervision to coordinate material needs.
• Assist in documenting project impacts on schedule and budget.
• Support change orders and close out documentation with clients.
