Shirley Contracting Company, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support projects in the Richmond/Williamsburg/Hampton area. You will work closely with the Project Manager to implement goals, manage resources, and help deliver on time and within budget.
The role requires 3–5 years in construction management, excellent communication, and a proactive, team-first attitude. A HS diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, with pre-employment screening and relocation

Applicants must be 18 years of age and currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis in order to be considered.
For this role the base salary range is $80,000-115,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
