Job summary

Landmark PM, a boutique project management firm based in Pasadena, CA, seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager and Project Executive on landmark construction projects. You will help manage preconstruction and construction tasks, organize meetings, and track budgets, schedules, and documentation for high-profile Los Angeles area projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Procore and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Executive with preconstruction and construction tasks to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Organize and participate in PM meetings; prepare agendas and minutes; track action items.
• Develop and update project schedules and budgets; produce monthly cost and schedule reports for clients.
• Support contracts, change orders, and vendor/contractor engagement; maintain financial records and invoices.
• Monitor construction administration tasks, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation; ensure organized records.
