Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 1–3 years of construction project management experience or related internships.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with high-end retail, luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial construction projects.
• General Contractor experience.
• Experience with Procore and/or Sage 300.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
