Job summary

Goken in the Raymond, Ohio area is seeking a project management professional to support information services, drawing workflow, and PLM initiatives. You will assist leadership, allocate tasks, track progress, and help deliver on-time, on-budget solutions for clients.

You will lead teams, coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders, provide CATIA and ENOVIA training, and contribute to continuous improvement while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IS, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years experience with Enovia V5/V6 and CATIA V5/V6.
• Proficiency with advanced Excel functions including macros.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects in information services, drawing workflow, CATIA training, or PLM implementation.
• Manage project team’s hours and workload.
• Develop detailed project plans with a manager based on client guidelines.
• Oversee all phases of the project from planning to final delivery.
• Ensure communication between clients, external stakeholders, and internal units.
• Address client concerns with supporting documentation.
• Present monthly project progress reports and metrics.
• Mentor and encourage team members.

Summary

Assist project management leadership with technical service projects in information services, drawing process workflow, and product life cycle management. Responsible to help support and manage project management including reporting, allocating tasks/workload to team, organizing, guiding, and motivating team to deliver on-time and on/under budget. Also help to provide subject matter expertise in drawing process workflow and other PLM management activities to support training and development activities at Goken and its client’s.

Responsibilities

• Help to lead projects in information services, drawing process workflow, CATIA training, or PLM process implementation


• Manage project team’s hours and workload


• Participate in pre-project studies. Work with a manager to produce a detailed project plan based on guidelines provided by the client.


• Help to manage, with a manager, all phases of the functional/technical implementation of the project from the preliminary phase to the planning and final integration of services deliverable to clients


• Ensure communication/interaction between clients, external stakeholders and the functional units of the organization involved in the project.


• Addresses clients concerns in a timely manner with documentation to support argument.


• Present to clients monthly report on project progress, issues, efficiency improvements, and metrics.


• Mentor and encourage team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IS, and/or equivalent experience.


• 2 years experience with Enovia V5/V6 and CATIA V5/V6.


• Understanding and experience with advanced excel functions including macros.


• Excellent oral and written communication skills.


• Travel to and from client sites required.


• Prior training experience preferred.


• PMP Certification preferred.
