As an Assistant Project Manager, you will assist in managing all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Essential Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management or engineering.
• Strong background in project engineering, RFIs, submittals, and financial oversight.
• Proficiency in Procore, Adobe, Bluebeam, and familiarity with project coordination.
• Experience with both ground-up and renovation projects preferred.
  
  

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Construction Supervisor License or equivalent is a plus.
  
  

Work Environment

The position offers a 50/50 split between office and onsite presence, depending on project location. Travel is required to project sites, and mileage reimbursement is provided.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $53.00/hr.
