Hill is looking to hire an Assistant Project Manager with Electrical or MEP experience for a project in Washington, DC. The role involves serving as an owner’s representative on the modernization of a historic federal building complex, with an expected construction cost of $2.0 billion. The project is ongoing and expected to continue for at least two more years.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• A college degree in engineering, or equivalent practical and relevant work experience
• Experience managing Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural construction
• Experience with the USACE QA process (preferred)
• General Contractor experience (preferred)
• Experience managing federal construction projects (preferred)
• Experience with historic renovation projects (preferred)
• Availability to work full-time onsite in Washington, DC

• Manage scope including quality assurance, change orders, coordination, project controls, and reporting.
• Report to Senior Project Managers for Operations and Project Controls within a matrix organizational structure.
