This role is an excellent opportunity for candidates from a general contractor, specialty contractor, owner-side, or construction management background. Work Environment

This role is based at a data center project in Warrenton, MO, near the Warrenton West interchange off I-70. The project features two 805,000 sq. ft. data center buildings and a 40,000 sq. ft. administration building. The site includes a dedicated electrical substation and switchyard to support hyperscale data center operations. The environment is dynamic, offering a blend of office and active job site work.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Warrenton, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
