Looking for your first serious step into Project Management?

A growing structural steel contractor is looking for an early-career candidate to join its project team and develop into a Project Manager over the coming years.

You don't need years of experience.

You need the right degree, attitude and ambition to learn.

You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers and gain exposure to the full project lifecycle from coordination and planning through fabrication, delivery and erection.

You’ll get involved with:

• Project coordination and planning
• Schedules, costs and project documentation
• RFIs, submittals and change management
• Coordination with GCs, detailing, fabrication and field teams
• Tracking project progress and resolving issues
• Learning how structural steel projects are delivered commercially and operationally

This could be a great fit for:

• Early-career construction professionals
• Candidates with shop, fabrication or project experience
• Structural steel experience is not essential.

What's more important is that you're organised, commercially curious, willing to learn and want to build a long‑term career in Project Management.
