Job Details

What You’ll Do

• Support Project Managers in overseeing custom home and luxury residential projects from pre‑construction through closeout.
• Assist with scheduling, budgeting, RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change orders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and clients to keep projects on track.
• Attend and contribute to OAC meetings, providing updates and ensuring alignment.
• Help track project budgets, progress reports, and documentation.
• Ensure quality and detail meet the elevated standards of custom residential construction.
• Gain exposure to projects in commercial, industrial, healthcare, and other sectors, offering career growth beyond residential.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or management.
• Experience in luxury, high‑end, or custom home construction highly valued.
• 2+ years of recent general contracting experience required.
• Proficiency with construction software (Procore preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with PMs, superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Driven to grow into a Project Manager role.
