Assist the project manager with construction projects and company policies, including scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring project activities to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
Ability to prepare detailed construction plans, read drawings, perform quantity take-offs, manage budgets, and communicate effectively. Knowledge of geometry, trigonometry, algebra, and basic software skills. Ability to manage teams and understand company policies.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2-5 years in construction management, including estimating, scheduling, cost control, and personnel administration.
Regular physical activity, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and visual acuity. Extended working hours may be required.
Safe, well-equipped office environment. Adherence to safety-sensitive policies regarding drug testing applies.
