Antigua Apparel is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to run daily HR functions including leaves, employee records, policy enforcement, benefits, hiring and staffing. You will support HRIS data integrity, I-9/E-Verify, and Open Enrollment processes.
Responsibilities include interview support, onboarding of temps, attendance follow-up, payroll changes, and coordinating safety-related investigations. This role is safety-sensitive and requires strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
The Human Resources Coordinator will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including leaves, maintaining of employee records, assisting with enforcing company policies and practices, benefits, hiring and interviewing/staffing.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is constantly required to sit. The employee may frequently lift, carry, push or pull up to 1to 2 pounds and/or occasionally lift, carry, push or pull up to 5 pounds.
