Our client, an expanding firm at the forefront of high-end electrical technologies, is seeking a driven Assistant Project Manager to support large-scale, cutting-edge projects across North Jersey and NYC. What You’ll Do:
Project Coordination & Execution: Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing electrical construction projects. Monitor project milestones, timelines, and budgets. Track RFIs, submittals, change order, and maintain organized project documentation.
Client & Team Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for engineers, subcontractors, clients, and vendors. Attend meetings, record action items, and ensure seamless communication between all stakeholders.
Provide project updates to internal teams and leadership.
Financial & Procurement Support: Help manage budgets and project costs, including tracking expenses and reviewing vendor invoices. Support procurement efforts by sourcing materials and coordinating deliveries.
On-Site Support & Safety: Conduct site visits to monitor progress and safety compliance. Coordinate field operations and assist in resolving site-level challenges. Ensure adherence to industry standards and electrical codes.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain all project records and compliance files. Contribute to close-out procedures and provide regular project status reports.
