Assistant Project Manager – Commercial Interiors

We’re looking for adriven and detail-oriented Assistant Project Managerto help us deliver high-impact commercial interior projects across the city. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems, and want to grow with a company that invests in its people—this is your moment.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the right hand to our Project Managers on commercial interior projects in NYC.
  • Own the details: RFIs, submittals, change orders—you’ll keep it all running smoothly.
  • Dive into Procore to manage project workflows and documentation.
  • Read and interpret blueprints like a pro.
  • Collaborate with teams to keep projects on time and on budget.
  • Occasionally visit job sites to see your work come to life.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Must have experience working with General Contractors
  • Proficiency in Procore software.
  • Strong blueprint reading and documentation skills.
  • Experience with RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience inretail or healthcare construction.
  • Familiarity with Sage construction software.
  • A consistent, reliable work history.

Work Environment

  • In-office role in Midtown Manhattan (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM).
  • 90% office-based with flexibility to visit job sites as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $45.67/hr.
