Responsibilities

• Project planning, scheduling, and coordination
• Safety and quality control management
• Accurate forecasting and budget management
• Change order management
• Managing critical subcontractors
• Managing Project Engineers
• Resolving issues related to labor disputes, material delivery, and contract administration
• Maintaining vehicle, equipment, and tools management

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous construction experience preferred
• Ability to establish relationships and lead teams
• Some roles may require relocation
