D3Energy, based in South Florida, seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, scheduling, procurement and coordination for floating solar installations.   • Education in engineering, construction management, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in construction, renewable energy.

Role Description

The Assistant Project Manager is a full-time role based in South Florida. This position supports project planning, scheduling, procurement, and coordination activities for floating solar installations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking material orders, expediting deliveries, coordinating logistics with vendors and subcontractors, assisting with site inspections, and maintaining accurate project documentation. The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with senior project managers and field teams to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves preparing status reports, communicating updates to stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement of project processes and procedures.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess skills in expediting and experience as an expeditor to support timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Candidates should possess project management skills, including scheduling, task coordination, and basic budgeting capabilities.
