We are looking for a motivated team member to support the Project Management staff at American Vale Remodeling Corporation. The right candidate will work directly with homeowners, installers, and vendors to help projects move forward on schedule. Customer service skills and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Position Overview

The Assistant Project Manager reports to the Jessup office each workday and takes direction from the Project Manager. Daily responsibilities include jobsite walk throughs, material pre ordering, and general support tasks for ARC roofing and remodeling projects. This role is a mix of office assignments and field activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Take direction and assist the Project Manager daily
• Perform jobsite walk throughs with));
• Pre order materials for upcoming jobs
• Pick up and return unused materials
• Coordinate with installers and vendors
• Track receipts and project details
• Provide general job assistance as needed
• Maintain organized notes and photos
• Communicate clearly with ARC office staff

Compensation
