Premier Home Pros, LLC is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to oversee residential bathroom remodeling projects. You will manage installation staff, coordinate scheduling, and ensure high-quality craftsmanship while maintaining strong customer communications.

The role requires PM experience in bathroom remodeling, 5 years in residential construction, and the ability to train contractors, solve problems, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS (Essential Functions):

• Leadership, Management & Accountability of Installation staff
• Installation support and training
• Communication with customers about their project
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
• Quality control
• Review jobs before and after installation with installation team
• Subcontractor follow up
• Post-install job file audit
• Scheduling remodeling projects & service calls
• Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in a basic capacity
• Data entry and maintenance in CRM

Must Have

• 5 years residential construction and/or remodeling experience
• Reliable transportation to get to and from the office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
