  • Review purchase orders, prints, models, and revisions for accuracy.
  • Maintain project information and status in Ready Room.
  • Support procurement activities to meet timelines.
  • Create and maintain project priority lists; align departments.

As an Associate Project Manager, you will support project execution under the guidance of a Project Manager while serving as an important link between customers, stakeholders, and internal teams. What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and project stakeholders, managing expectations and providing timely project updates.
  • Coordinate with Quality, Operations, Planning, Engineering, Shipping, and Raw Materials teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Review and verify purchase orders, prints, models, and revision levels to ensure project accuracy.
  • Maintain project information and status updates within Ready Room.
  • Support material procurement activities required to meet project timelines.
  • Create and maintain project priority lists to ensure alignment across departments.
  • Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Communicate project priorities and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop project plans, identify solutions, and drive successful outcomes.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in medical manufacturing, project planning, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers, suppliers, and employees.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
