Job summary

MMG in Houston is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the Senior Project Manager on multi-family construction projects. You will coordinate with subcontractors, assist in drafting client proposals, and help manage contracts.

On-site duties on smaller projects, you will work with preconstruction, estimating and scheduling teams to keep the project on track. Strong Excel and Word skills and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• BS preferred in construction-related field.
• Multi-Family construction experience is preferred.
• Strong Excel and Word abilities; detail-oriented.
