Job summary

MMG is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for our multi-family construction group in Charleston, SC. The role reports to the Senior Project Manager and involves coordinating with subcontractors, drafting client proposals, and assisting with contract administration.

Responsibilities include collaborating with preconstruction, estimating, and scheduling to refine project estimates and timelines, and guiding the project team to safely complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• BS in a Construction related field preferred.
• Multi-Family Construction required.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
