Job summary

MMG is seeking a Project Manager in Portland to lead multi-family construction initiatives reporting to the VP of Construction. You will coordinate with the Construction Executive on subcontractors, proposals, and contract administration, and collaborate with preconstruction, estimating and scheduling teams to maintain on-time, safe project delivery.

Qualifications

• BS in a Construction related field preferred.
• Multi-Family Construction required.
• Podium, Wrap, Construction preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
