Position Overview:

The Assistant Project Manager will support planning, coordination, and execution on high-value construction projects from preconstruction through close-out. Working closely with seasoned Project Managers, Superintendents, and clients, this role offers exposure to large, technically challenging builds in a supportive, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing schedules, budgets, submittals, RFIs, and contract administration
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Track and report on project progress and performance
• Contribute to safety oversight and quality control
• Support procurement efforts and maintain project documentation
• Participate in project meetings and help drive issue resolution

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience supporting commercial construction projects ($20M+ preferred)
• Experience with data centers, mission-critical facilities, or other technical builds is a strong plus
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required
• (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar fields preferred)
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive mindset and interest in growing within a people-first culture
