Actalent is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support smaller projects, primarily located at the Smithsonian Zoo. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of construction experience or a Construction Management degree, with emphasis on RFIs, submittals, daily reports, and coordination.

Job Title: Assistant Project ManagerJob Description

Responsibilities

• Assist with submittals and Requests for Information (RFI).

• Learn and complete daily reports.

• Support project management tasks including project coordination and change orders.

• Engage in design, commercial construction, and estimation processes.

• Participate in project engineering and mechanical engineering tasks.

Essential Skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.26/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
