Job summary

Fence Masters, Inc. in Chicago Heights, IL is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Installation Manager in running installation projects day to day.

You will order and track materials, maintain the project schedule, and keep our project management software current across active jobs. This role includes on-site visits, coordinating with general contractors and customers, and communicating schedules and status.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction, or installation.
• Comfortable using project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Monday.com, or similar).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple active projects.
• Clear communicator with contractors, customers, and internal teams.
• Willing to travel locally to job sites; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Job Summary
