Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Description

• Oversee and direct projects from start to finish alongside Project Managers.
• Supervise project administration staff and construction engineers, partnering with project superintendents to establish priorities.
• Forecast, track, and report project costs/revenue, ensuring adherence to estimates.
• Handle problem resolution related to labor disputes, staffing, materials, equipment, and contracts.
• Coordinate with the Safety Manager to meet safety goals.
• Build strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Project Managers.
• Maintain project documentation such as RFI logs and change orders.

Profile

• 1-3+ years of experience in Construction Project Management.
• Preferred experience in commercial construction.
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Knowledge of skilled trades and construction technology.
• Proficiency in reviewing construction documents, specifications, and drawings.
• Excellent communication skills with management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.

Job Offer
