The Overhead Door Company of Baltimore is looking to fill a position that will be responsible for assisting our Project Manager(s). The assistant will be responsible for properly documenting, ordering and scheduling material delivery & installation. Excellent follow-up skills and time-management skills will be necessary to properly coordinate efforts and maintain efficiency & productivity.

We are a long-standing and well-respected construction partner in the area and require the candidate to maintain a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate must enjoy a busy, multi-tasking environment and be dependable, responsible, and well organized.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Reviewing construction plans and specs for doors and hardware
  • Assisting Project Manager in detailing and communicating to get project moving from estimate to submitted project for approval and ordering
  • Coordinating with team members to resolve any problems

A qualified candidate will have:

  • High School Diploma, GED or higher
  • Basic math skills a must
  • Computer literacy, including solid command of Microsoft Office products, internet and email
  • High level of concentration and an ability to maintain focus on details
